Fried flounder under a tomato-onion sauce

Ingredients

- 500 g flounder
- 250 g onions
- 3 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- spices to taste
- herbs to taste
- vegetable oil
Preparation
The fish is cleaned, rubbed with salt and spices and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Onion cut into half rings.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add 150 ml of water.
Then add the tomato paste, stir, bring to boil, boil for 5 minutes.
Then remove from heat.
Fish roll in breadcrumbs.
Vegetable oil to fry the fish until cooked (I roasted for 5 minutes on each side, on medium heat).
The finished fish sauce.
Sprinkle with herbs.
