Fried fish marinated

Ingredients

- 1 kg of fish (my perch)
- flour
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
marinade:
- 300 g of carrots
- 250 g onion
- 200 g (7 tbsp) tomato paste
- 150 ml 3% vinegar
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper (5-7 peas)
- bay leaves (2-3 leaves)
- cloves (3-5 pieces)
Preparation
Fish cleaned, cut into small pieces.
Salt and pepper, leave for 30 minutes.
Then the fish roll in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil until tender (about 7-8 minutes on each side).
Put fish in the form (form I used size 17-25 cm).
Prepare the marinade.
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add carrots and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add 50 ml of water, put in 5 minutes.
Add vinegar, sugar, cloves, pepper, bay leaf, salt.
Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Fish lay hot marinade, cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold or warm - to taste.
