Ingredients

  • 1 kg of fish (my perch)
  • flour
  • vegetable fat
  • salt
  • pepper

marinade:

  • 300 g of carrots
  • 250 g onion
  • 200 g (7 tbsp) tomato paste
  • 150 ml 3% vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • vegetable fat
  • salt
  • pepper (5-7 peas)
  • bay leaves (2-3 leaves)
  • cloves (3-5 pieces)

Preparation

Salt and pepper, leave for 30 minutes.

picture - Fried fish marinatedFry in vegetable oil until tender (about 7-8 minutes on each side).

Onion cut into half rings.

Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve cold or warm - to taste.
