Fish, marinated in lemon, baked with herbs and garlic

Ingredients

- 700 g fish (sea bream, sea bass, perch, and so on)
- half a large or 1 small lemon
- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- herbs to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the herbs.
Garlic is finely chopped.
With lemon to remove the zest.
Mix oil and lemon juice.
Add herbs, garlic, zest.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fish (cleaned and gutted) lubricate the resulting marinade to coat on all sides and inside).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
