Fish stewed in foil

Ingredients

- 500 g fillet of fish (tilapia, perch, pangasius, etc.)
- 150 g onion
- 1 lemon
- spices for fish
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Mix onions and fish, salt and pepper, add spices, lemon juice, mix well.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Put fish in foil.
Foil tightly wrapped.
Put in a baking dish, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
