Fish with potatoes baked in "the sleeve"

Ingredients

- 500 g fish (perch, tilapia, pike, and so on)
- 500-700 g potatoes
- 150 g onions
- herbs to taste
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Potato peel, chopped not too small.
Onion cut into half rings.
Chop the greens finely.
Mix potatoes, onion, parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise and mix.
The fish is cleaned, remove the entrails, cut into small pieces.

Put the potatoes and the fish in the sleeve for baking".
If the sleeves are not, you can use foil.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
