Fish in tomato sauce with olives

Ingredients

- 500 g fish fillets (tilapia, perch, and so on)
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 50 g olives or black olives
- herbs to taste
- 1 egg
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Fish cut into small pieces.
Egg slightly beaten, salt, roll the fish pieces.
Then roll in flour.
Vegetable oil to fry the fish until cooked (I had grilled tilapia for 5-7 minutes on each side).
Onion mince.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Olives cut into slices.
Chop the greens finely.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the tomatoes, salt, simmer for 5 minutes.
Add olives.
Then add the greens.
Stir, remove from heat.
On a plate put the fish.
Fish sauce.
