Fish fried in batter

Ingredients

- 500 g fish fillets (I have tilapia)
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- vegetable oil
batter:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- salt
Preparation
Fish cut into small pieces.
Salt and pepper, add the spices and leave for 30 minutes.
Prepare the batter. Beat eggs with salt.
Add milk, stir.
Add flour, mix well.
The pieces of fish dipped in batter.
Fry in a large number of heated vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown (I roasted for 5-7 minutes on each side).
I advise you to cook small portions, so that the pieces don't stick to each other.
