Fish in cheese souffle

Ingredients

- 500 g fillet of fish (perch, tilapia, pangasius, etc.)
- 5 eggs
- 150 g of crude (solid)
- breading for fish or bread crumbs
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
If you are using breadcrumbs, add a spice to taste and stir.
Fish into the pan, greased with vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides until ready (about 5 minutes on each side).
Cheese grate.
Beat eggs, add salt.
Add cheese and stir.
Fish put in a baking dish.
Top with egg-cheese curd.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
