Ingredients

- 500 g fish fillets (perch, tilapia, pangasius, salmon, and so on)
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 5 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Fish cut into small pieces.
Fry the fish pieces in vegetable oil on both sides (fry for 7-10 minutes on each side, on medium heat).
Beat the eggs, a little salt and pepper.
Add milk, stir.
Add the ketchup, mix well.
Put the fish pieces in a baking dish.
Pour the fish sauce, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
