Ingredients

- 500 g fish fillets (perch, Pollock, tilapia, salmon, etc)
- 250 g onions
- 300-400 g sour cream (or cream, mayonnaise)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Fish cut into small pieces.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
