Fish sauce "Tartar"

Ingredients

- 500 g of fish (tilapia, perch, salmon, etc.)

- breadcrumbs

- vegetable fat
Sauce:
- 7 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 100g marinated or pickled cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- greens
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Whip the egg, salt and pepper.
Fish roll in egg.

Fish fry in vegetable oil until cooked (fried tilapia I for 5-7 minutes on each side).
