Fish fried in sesame

Ingredients

- 500 g fillet of fish (tilapia, pangasius, salmon, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 30-40 g sesame seeds (til)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Whip the egg, salt and pepper.
Fish dipped in egg.
Then roll in sesame seeds.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
Turn over to fry the other side (fry for about 5-7 minutes).
