Fish baked in puff pastry

In this recipe, you can use fish fillet, but I much prefer to use whole fish (preferably not too bony fish).

Ingredients

- 500 g (2 pcs.) Fish (sea bass, sea bream, perch, trout)
- 500g puff pastry (fresh or yeast)
- 150 g onion
- 1 egg
- sesame
- lime or lemon
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Egg whisk.
Puff pastry divided into two parts.
Roll out each piece.
Put a bow.
Put fish on the bow (brushed and gutted).
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with lime juice or lemon.
Fish lay onions.
Fish wrapped in pastry edges zaschipat.
Greased baking sheet or lay a baking paper.
Put fish in the test.
Lubricate the egg.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 45-50 minutes.
