Fish with rosemary, baked in foil

Rosemary gives the fish a unique flavor.

Ingredients

- 500-700 g of fish (perch, sea bass, trout, etc.)
- 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary or 3/2 tbsp dried
- 150 g onion
- 150 g of lemon
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Chop onion rings.
Lemon cut into slices.
In foil, put a little onion and 1-2 slices of lemon.
Onion and lemon put fish (brushed and gutted).
In the belly of the fish put a sprig of rosemary (if you use fish fillet, place the fish on rosemary).
Fish put onion and lemon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wrapped in foil, put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
