Ingredients

- 3-4 Dorada (or trout, sea bass, perch)
- 3-4 sprigs of rosemary
- lime or lemon
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Lime cut into slices, each slice cut into two parts.
The fish is cleaned, remove the entrails and gills.
Inside the fish put the rosemary.
Also, inside the fish put 1-2 slices of lime.
The fish with salt.
Grease with vegetable oil.
Put the fish in the grill grid.
Grill over hot coals until Golden brown (about 7-10 minutes).
Turn over to fry the other side.
