Dorada, stuffed with vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 kg of sea bream (or sea bass)
- 200 g of pepper
- 100 g of carrots
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes or 2 tomatoes
- leeks or onions 100 g
- lime or lemon
- herbs to taste
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings (onion finely chopped).
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Peppers remove seeds and finely chop.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Finely chopped greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add herbs, salt and pepper, remove from heat.
For the sauce, mix the butter and garlic squeezed through chesnokodavku.
Season with salt and pepper.
Clean the fish, remove the gills and fins.
Stuff vegetables.
Put in a baking dish.
Lubricate the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with slices of lime or lemon.
