Ingredients

- 500 g of beef
- 300 g potatoes
- 200 grams of eggplant
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g of pepper
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of carrots
- 100 g onion

Preparation
Onions cut into cubes.
The meat cut into small pieces.
Dice tomatoes.
Eggplant cut into cubes.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Potatoes cut into cubes.
