Beef, baked with vegetables

Ingredients

- 500 g of beef
- 200 g of corn (I used frozen)
- 200 g of pepper
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g of carrots
- leeks or onions 150 g
- 100 g peas in pods (or frozen)
- rosemary (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
The meat cut into small pieces.
Leek cut into rings (onion finely chopped).
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Carrots finely chop or grate.
Vegetables and meat to put in a baking dish (form pre-oiled), salt and pepper.
Put a few sprigs of rosemary.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes (if the meat and vegetables will be burnt, close the form with foil).
