Pork ribs, baked with vegetables

Juicy, aromatic vegetables and tender meat is very tasty!

Ingredients

- 500g pork ribs (or mutton, beef)
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 250 g of eggplant
- 250 g tomatoes
- leek (or 150 g onions)
- 50 ml Narsharab sauce
- 2 tsp. dried herbs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
The ribs are cut.
The ribs add Narsharab, a little salt, stir, leave for 15 minutes.

Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Eggplant cut into cubes.
