Pea soup with smoked

Fulfilling your request and offer you a simple, but very tasty soup is familiar to everyone.

Ingredients

- 500 g smoked ribs (I used pork)
- 300 g of bacon (or bacon)
- 250 g of peas
- 700 g potatoes
- 150 g onion

Preparation
Ribs add water, put on fire and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Peas rinsed in cold water.
In the broth add the meat to the ribs.
Following add peas, boil for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Bacon cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, lightly fry.
On another pan fry bacon (without oil).
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes.
In the broth add potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add bacon, salt and pepper.
We should add the onions and carrots and cook until cooked potatoes.
At the end of cooking, for 5-10 minutes until cooked, add the bay leaf.
Remove soup from the heat, let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the bay leaf and discard.
When serving sprinkle with soup.
