Ingredients

- 500-700 g of meat (beef, lamb, chicken)
- 200 g of buckwheat
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 Bay leaves
- salt

Preparation
Meat cut into small pieces
Cover with water, cook for 1-1.5 hours.
