Soup with bacon, celery and beans

Ingredients

- 300 g bacon
- 300 g canned beans
- 600 g potatoes
- 200 grams of celery
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Celery cut into small pieces.
In a saucepan, vegetable oil, fry the onion.
Add the carrots, saut for a bit.
Add the celery.
Then add the bacon, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Cover with water.
Potatoes cut into cubes or wedges.
Add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add the beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the thyme, remove from heat.
Allow to stand, covered for 10-15 minutes.
