Chicken gizzards, fried with bacon and vegetables

Stomachs were prepared according to the recipe, juicy and flavorful.

For garnish, you can cook rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken gizzards (purified)
- 200 g bacon
- 300 g tomatoes
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 200 g onions
- 1 red pepper
- herbs to taste
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Stomachs wash and boil in salted water for about 35-40 minutes after boiling.
Cool.
Ready stomachs cut into small pieces.
Onion cut into strips.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Chili peppers remove seeds, cut into strips.
Chop the greens finely.
Vegetable oil to fry the onion until transparent.
Add the bacon, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add stomachs, stir.
Add the chilli, salt and pepper, simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
