The salad turns out hearty, and can easily replace a meal.
Instead of bacon, you can use ham (fry it is not necessary).
The number of ingredients is obtained 5-7 servings.

Ingredients

- 100 g of noodles
- 150 g bacon
- 100 g of tomatoes or regular tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the bacon into strips.
Fry in a pan (without adding oil).
Eggs, each separately, whisk.
The pan in a little oil, fry the egg pancake with one hand.
Turn over to fry the other side.
The pancakes to cool, cut into strips.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the herbs.
The funchoza to cook as it is written on the packaging.
I poured for 5 minutes with boiling water.
Then washed in cold water.
Optionally, it can be cut.
Mix the bacon, egg pancakes, tomatoes, herbs, funchoza.
If necessary, salt and pepper.
Optionally, you can fill the salad with vegetable oil, I didn't do it, because after roasting the bacon is juicy, it's enough to make the salad was not dry.
Bon appetit!
