Salad with mushrooms, and onion pancakes

Ingredients

- 5 eggs
- 200 g pickled mushrooms
- 200 g onions
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Eggs (each separately) beat.
Pour into the pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry until Golden brown.
Turn over to fry the other side.
Fry, thus, 5 pancakes.
Fold the pancakes in a pile and cut into strips.
Onion cut into strips.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Cut the mushrooms into.
Mix pancakes, mushrooms, onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.
