Salad with roasted chicken, pancakes and mushrooms

Delicious, hearty salad.
Baked fillet gives a special taste.
Pancakes with greenery get much more aromatic, brighter and more delicious than usual.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 300g chicken fillet
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 20-25 cherry tomatoes (or conventional 3-4)
- 150 g onion
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Pancakes:
- 3 eggs
- herbs to taste (I used dill)
Preparation
Put fillets in foil, salt and pepper.
Foil wrap.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 25-30 minutes.
Cool.
Fillets finely chopped.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and roast for 10-15 minutes.
Cherry cut into two parts (the usual tomatoes cut into small pieces).
Making pancakes.
Finely chopped greens.
Beat eggs.
Add dill.
A little salt.
Stir.
Slightly oiled pan.
From the resulting mass fry the pancakes on the one hand (you can fry one large pancake, it is possible to divide the weight and fry 2-3 pancake).
Turn over to fry the other side.
Cool.
Cut into strips.
Mix fillet, mushrooms, tomatoes, pancakes.
If necessary, dosolit.
Mayonnaise.
