Stuffed pancakes, baked with ham and cheese

Ingredients

- 6-8 pancakes (prescription Pancakes or Pancakes yeast)
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of boiled rice
- herbs to taste
- 250 g of ham (or bacon, etc. carbonade)
- 100 g of cheese
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Eggs grate.
Chop the greens.
Mix eggs, rice, greens. Season with salt and pepper.
At the pancake put stuffing.
Close envelope.
Put the pancakes in a baking dish.
Mince the onion.
Diced ham.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add bacon and fry.
Cheese grate.
Put on pancakes with ham, onion, smooth.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
