Pancakes with cottage cheese, cherry, strawberry and vanilla sauce

Ingredients

- 10-12 pancakes (prescription Pancakes or Pancakes yeast)
Filling:
- 400 grams of cottage cheese (any fat)
- 4-5 tbsp sour cream
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- 300g cherries (fresh or frozen)
strawberry sauce:
- 300 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp starch
vanilla sauce (custard):
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml of cream (10-20%), milk or
- 2 tsp flour
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar or frac14- tsp vanillin
Preparation
Cooking strawberry sauce.
Chop the strawberries in a blender.
Add 150 ml of water, sugar, put on fire, bring to a boil.
Starch is diluted in 50 ml of water.
In strawberries add starch, stir and immediately remove from heat.
Cool.
Cooking vanilla sauce.
Cream boil.
Mix the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the flour and mix well.
Gradually, stirring well, add the hot cream.
Pour all into a saucepan, put on a small fire.
Cook, stirring constantly, until then, until the sauce thickens.
Prepare the filling.
Cottage cheese mixed with sugar and sour cream.
If curd grains - preferably through a sieve.
Add cream and sugar to taste, you may have to add more or less than indicated in the ingredients.
Add cherries (if frozen cherries - must pre-thaw and drain all the liquid) and mix.
At the pancake put stuffing.
Wrap the edges to the center.
Close envelope.
Serve with sauce.
