Strawberry souffle

Ingredients

- 300 g strawberries
- 200 ml cream 30-33%
- 150 g sugar (if strawberries are very sweet, sugar can take less)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
Preparation
Gelatin pour 150 ml of cold boiled water, leave for the time indicated on the package.
Then gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool.
Strawberries wash, remove the sepals.
Grind in a blender.
Whip the cream with the sugar.
Mix the strawberries and cream.
Add gelatin, stir.
Pour into the ice-cream bowls.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
