Dessert and coffee cream

Ingredients

- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 200ml milk
- 200 ml of cold coffee (3 teaspoons per 200 ml)

- Gelatin 20 g

Preparation
Gelatin in 200 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
