Gingerbread coffee and chocolate

Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 150-200 g of sugar
- 4 tsp instant coffee (dry)
- 4 tsp cocoa
- 200 g starch
- 300-350 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
Preparation
Eggs with sugar.
Add the coffee and cocoa and mix well.
Add starch and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead not very stiff dough.
Roll out the dough thickness of 5-7 mm.
Moulds, or use a knife to cut the figures.
Baking grease, or lay a baking paper.
Put gingerbread, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 10-15 minutes.
If desired, ready gingerbread can pour the melted chocolate.
