Honey gingerbread sugar glaze

Ingredients

- 7 tbsp. sugar
- 4-5 tbsp. of honey
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 400-450 g flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder (or 0.5 teaspoon of hydrated soda)

Preparation
Mix honey, sugar, butter, put on fire, bring to boil, remove from heat.
The mass to cool, add eggs, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut different shapes.
Pan greased with oil or cover with baking paper, put the gingerbread.Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 20-25 minutes.
