Walnut pie

Ingredients

dough:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 350-400 g flour
filling:
- 150 g sugar
- 200 ml cream (33-35%)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 350 g walnuts
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add baking powder, flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the bag, and put it in the fridge until then, while preparing the filling.
Prepare the filling.
Grind nuts (chopped with a knife).
Sugar pour into the dry pan.
Heat the sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, until then, until it melts (in sugar to add anything not necessary). Make sure that sugar is not burnt.
My sugar has melted down after 20 minutes.
Sugar changes color becomes brown.
When the sugar has melted, slowly add the cream, stir.
Then add the honey, stir.
To bring the mass to a boil, add the nuts, stir, remove from heat.
Mass cool.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
One piece put into a form that is greased or lined with parchment paper for baking (I used a form with a diameter of 24 cm), smooth, to make the bumpers height 3 see
On the dough to spread the filling, smooth.
The remaining dough to roll out, cover them with the filling, the edges of the dough to sumipntg.
Put the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 30-35 minutes.
Ready cake cool completely (you can sprinkle powdered sugar through a sieve), and then cut into portions.
