Ingredients

dough:

  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
  • 350-400 g flour

filling:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml cream (33-35%)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 350 g walnuts

Preparation

Oil to mix with sugar.

picture - Walnut pieAdd baking powder, flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the bag, and put it in the fridge until then, while preparing the filling.

Grind nuts (chopped with a knife).
