Ingredients

dough:
- 2 eggs
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300-350 g flour
Filling:
- 150 g of lemon
- 200 g of lingonberry
- 100-150 g of sugar
shtreyzel:
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- 150-200 g of flour
Preparation
Prepare the filling.
Lemon slice, remove the seeds, put in a blender.
Grind.
If no blender, lemon can mince.
Stir in cranberries and lemon.
Add the sugar and mix.
Cooking shtreyzel.
Mix the butter and sugar.
Add the flour, rub a lot of hands to get the baby.
Preparing the dough.
Mix the butter and sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Form (I used a diameter of 29 cm) slightly oiled.
Put the dough, make bumpers.
Put the stuffing on the dough.
Sprinkle shtreyzelem.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
