Cake with cream cheese and apricots

Instead, you can use any of apricots, fresh or canned fruit or berries.
Ingredients

dough:
- 150 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 100 g
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 350-400 g of flour
Filling:
- 600 grams of cottage cheese (5-9%)
- Sugar 150 g
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of cream (20-35%)
- 50 g of starch
also:
- fresh or canned apricots
Preparation
Preparing the dough.
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Form (I used a diameter of 26 cm) greased or baking paper to lay.
Put the dough, smooth, make bumpers.
On the dough put apricots.
Prepare the filling.
If the cheese is coarse, it should be rubbed through a sieve.
In the curd add eggs and mix.
Add starch and mix.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the cream to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Put cottage cheese in shape, smooth.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 45-50 minutes.
Give the cake to cool, and then cut into portions.
