Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

- 600 grams of cottage cheese (6-9%)
- 250ml milk
- 100-150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of starch
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g of candied fruit, nuts - to taste
- butter
Preparation
Finely chopped candied fruit.
Proteins separated from the yolks.
Yolks with cheese.
Add milk and mix.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar.
Add starch and mix.
Add candied fruit and mix.
Proteins whip in a tight foam.
Add protein in cottage cheese, mix gently.
Form (I have a diameter of 24 cm) or lay a greased baking paper. Put cottage cheese.
Top with slices of butter.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake until golden brown (about an hour).
