Easter curd

Preparing it simply, and the result is very, very tasty.

Ingredients

- 1 kg of cheese (9-20%)
- Butter 200 g
- 5 eggs
- Sugar 200 g

- 400 ml of cream (10-20%)

- 100 g raisins
- 100 g of candied fruit
Preparation
Cottage cheese through a sieve or mince.
Add the softened (not melted) butter, mix well.

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add cream and mix.
Add the vanilla seeds (if you use vanilla sugar, it should also add at this stage).
Put weight on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until then, until the mixture begins to thicken (I cooked 3 minutes after boiling).
Then a lot of cool slightly.
Finely chopped nuts.
If candied fruits are large, they need to be cut.
Mix cottage cheese, candied fruit, nuts, raisins (raisins must be pre-wash and dry).
In the curd add the egg mass and mix.
Pasochnitsu lay a gauze folded in 2-3 layers.
The edges of the gauze should hang.
Put cottage cheese in pasochnitsu.
