Vanilla cookies with jam and nuts

Simple, but very tasty and flavorful cookies.
Nuts can be used absolutely any pre-shredded or chopped in a blender with a knife. I used almond petals.
If cookies roll thinner, it is a more crispy.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained about 50 pieces.

Ingredients

- Butter 150 g
- Sugar 150 g
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 350-400 g of flour
- jam (or jam, thick jam)
- nuts
Preparation
Cut the vanilla stick, remove the seeds.
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough.
Cut, using molds or glasses, circles.
Lay them on a baking sheet.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Ready to grease the cooled cookies jam.
Sprinkle with nuts.
