Cake with poppy seeds and a creamy vanilla cream

Ingredients

dough:
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of poppy
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 150-180 g flour
cream:
- 500 g sour cream (10-20%)
- 150 g sugar
- the vanilla pod (or 2 tsp. vanilla sugar)
- 10 g of gelatin
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add poppy seeds and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Shape (diameter 26-28 cm) greased with oil, put the dough.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
The finished pie to cool.
Prepare the cream.
Gelatin soaked in 100 ml of water, leave on for the time specified on the package.
Gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Vanilla pod, cut, remove the seeds.
Mix sour cream with sugar.
Add vanilla seeds.
To mix.
Add gelatin, stir.
Pour the cooled cream pie.
Put in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
