Instead of jelly cake you can use regular jello, but for its preparation should be used 2 times less water than indicated on the package.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour

cream:

  • 300 g Philadelphia (it's cream cheese) or Almette
  • 100 ml cream 33-35%
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • stick vanilla bean (or 1 tsp. vanilla sugar)

also:

  • strawberry
  • jelly cake (diluted to about 500 ml jelly)

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar (beat at least 5-7 minutes).

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool.
