Ingredients

- 3 orange
- 200 g sugar
- 20 g of gelatin
Preparation
Gelatin pour 200 ml of cold boiled water and leave it for the time indicated on the package (I have 10 minutes).

Peel coarsely chop.
Peel pour 1 liter of water, bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
After that, strain, allow to cool to 40-50 degrees.
Then add the sugar and the swollen gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
