Cherry Oranges

Ingredients

- 5 oranges or tangerines large
- 500 ml cherry compote
- Sugar 100 g
- Gelatin 25 g
Preparation
Gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Oranges or tangerines wash, cut in half, remove the pulp.
In a saucepan pour cherry compote.
Add the sugar, bring to a boil.
Then compote add gelatin mass boil, but do not boil.
Remove from heat.
When the mass has cooled, pour it into a "molds" from the peel and place in refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
