Sweet jellied eggs

In the recipe, you can use any berries, fresh or frozen.
Instead kumquats can use slices of citrus fruits, peeled and cut into small pieces.
It is desirable to use a light juice (juice, syrup) to make it easier to see a berry.
If the juice is intensely sweet, sugar added to it is not necessary.
Ingredients

- 7 eggs
- 200 ml of juice (fruit compote syrup)
- 3-4 tablespoons gelatin
- berry
- mint
- kumquats (or any citrus)
- sugar to taste
Preparation
Gelatin pour 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave for a while, which is listed on the package.
Eggs are a good wash with baking soda.
Then, at the blunt end of eggs to make a hole with a diameter of about 2-2.5 cm.
Pour the white and yolk in the bowl, we do not need, we need only the shell.
In warm water to dissolve the baking soda soak shell (this is done for disinfection).
Then rinse it under running water.
Gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
In the juice add sugar to taste.
Mix well.
Add gelatin and mix.
Shell put in a container stand or from the eggs, in order the better to spread the filling.

Lay berries, kumquats (their pre-chop finely).
Pour juice with gelatin.
Put in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
