souffle:
- Gelatin 20 g
- 200-250 ml of orange juice (4-5 oranges)
- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- Sugar 150 g
Preparation
Cooking biscuit.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add flour and mix gently.
Baking dish (I have a form of 20-30 cm and a height of 5 cm) or lay a greased baking paper.
Pour the dough, put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Ready sponge can be impregnated with syrup or juice.
Cooking souffle.
Gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for a while, which is listed on the package.
Gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool slightly.
Whip cream with sugar.
Add cream juice, mix well.
Add gelatin and mix.
Souffle put on the cake (sponge cake from the mold does not remove), smooth, place in refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
Next, cut into cubes or rectangles.
