Jelly white-pink

Ingredients

- 250 ml strawberry syrup (juice, juice)
- 250 ml of milk
- 20 g of gelatin
- sugar to taste
Preparation
Gelatin soaked in 200 ml of cold boiled water and leave it for the time indicated on the package.
Then gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
In strawberry syrup and add half of the gelatin, stir.
In milk, you can add sugar to taste (I in milk sugar is not added, since the strawberry syrup was too sweet) and the remaining gelatin.
At the bottom of the molds to pour the strawberry juice with a layer of 0.5-1 see
Refrigerate until fully cured.
Then pour the milk layer 0.5-1 see
Refrigerate until fully cured.
So pour juice and milk up until the mold is filled.
Refrigerate until fully cured (better at night).
So jelly it easier to remove from the molds, it can be omitted for a few seconds in hot water (important, be careful not to get water in jelly).
