Jelly "Valentine's Day"

The idea of this dessert shared with me Natasha (her nickname on the forum Natalka).
Natasha, thank you very much!

To make this jelly you will need 2 tins in the shape of hearts. I used a small mold with a volume of 100 ml, and a large volume of 500 ml. Ingredients are based on a size of the molds.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of cherry compote (or strawberry, raspberry)
  • 500 ml cream 10%
  • 70-80 grams of sugar
  • 4 tsp. gelatin

Preparation

Bon appetit!
