Jelly "Valentine's Day"

The idea of this dessert shared with me Natasha (her nickname on the forum Natalka).

Ingredients

- 100 ml of cherry compote (or strawberry, raspberry)
- 500 ml cream 10%
- 70-80 grams of sugar
- 4 tsp. gelatin
Preparation
1 teaspoon (heaped) gelatin pour 50 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Gelatin add to the juice, stir.
Pour into small molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
3 teaspoon (heaped) gelatin pour 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
In the cream, add sugar, gelatin, mix well.
Little heart to take out from the mold (to make it easier to get, have mold dipped in hot water for a few seconds - make sure that no water has penetrated into jelly) and place in the middle of the large molds.
Gently pour the cream layer of 1-2 cm, and put in the fridge for 20 minutes (this is done in order to "fix" little heart, that it should not be swimming in cream).
Then pour the remaining cream and place in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
