Cake "Valentine"

Ingredients

biscuit:
- 3 eggs
- Sugar 200 g
- 200 g flour
Meringue:
- 1 protein
- 50g sugar
also:
- jam (strawberry, raspberry, cherry)
Preparation
Cooking biscuit.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the flour and mix well.
Baking dish (I have a form of 20-30 cm) greased or lay a baking paper. Pour the batter. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Paper cut stencil in the form of a heart.
On baking paper draw hearts (using a stencil).
Preparing meringue.
Proteins beat with a pinch of salt into the foam.
Add the sugar. Whisk until then, until the mixture becomes thick, dense, and it will be good to keep the shape.
Protein mass shift in the culinary syringe (syringe if not, you can put a lot of in a plastic bag and cut off the corner). Gently 'outline' hearts.
Put in the oven. Drying at 100 � C for 45-50 minutes.
From the cooled biscuit, using the same stencil cut out hearts.
If desired, you can cut hearts horizontally and soak (syrup, jam, cream).
Lubricate the jam.
Cover with a heart-meringue.
