Meringue with almonds

Ingredients

- 3 egg whites
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g almonds (or hazelnuts)
Preparation
Almonds to blender.
Whites beaten with a pinch of salt in the foam.
Add sugar, beat well (about 7-8 minutes).

Add almonds, stir.
Baking lay a baking paper or a little grease.

Place in a preheated 100 degree oven.
To dry the meringue for 40-55 minutes.

Ready-made meringue cool COMPLETELY, then it can be easily separated from the baking paper.
