"Bows" puff pastry

Ingredients

- 500g puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 150 g
Preparation
Roll out the dough about 2 mm thick.
Figure or an ordinary knife cut a rectangle.
Form bows.
Baking tray lay a baking paper or slightly greased.
Put bows.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Separate the whites from the yolks, egg yolks, we do not need.
In proteins add a pinch of salt, beaten.
Add the sugar and beat until a stable peaks.
Ready bows remove from oven.
With the help of culinary syringe (or spoon) put on bows proteins.
Put in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
