Creme Brulee

Gentle, gentle cream under a thin crispy crust of sugar.
Recommend the use of natural vanilla, it gives incredible flavor dessert.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 3-4 servings.
Ingredients

- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 5 egg yolks
- 70g sugar
- vanilla pod (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
also:
- brown sugar
Preparation
Cut the vanilla pod, remove seeds (if a large pod, you can use half).
Yolks with sugar.
Add the vanilla seeds and mix.
Cream bring to a boil, remove from heat, cool slightly (within 10-15 minutes).
Pour the hot cream in a thin stream yolk mass and mix.
Mass pour into small molds.
Molds put in great shape.
Carefully pour the hot water so that it reaches the middle of the small molds.
Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
To check availability, you can gently shake the mold, dessert should be the consistency of jelly.
Ready dessert completely cool.
Cooled dessert sprinkled with a thin layer of brown sugar (about 2 teaspoons to mold).
Using a special gun to heat the flaming sugar to caramelize.
If you do not have a gun, you can put dessert in the oven under the grill and bake until golden brown.
Ready dessert completely cool and serve.
